Previously, Scott accidentally bit Liam in order to save him. In a panic, Scott kidnapped him and called Stiles to help.

Peter gets hit by the mouthless guy. The guy informs Peter that Derek is next

Lydia looks through her math notes and find a weird code. Kira tells Lydia "you hold the key"

As a final hail Mary, the group get Kira to seduce Liam into going to Lydia's boathouse for an intervention of sorts. They tell Liam what they all are: Scott - werewolf, Lydia - banshee, Malia - werecoyote , Kira - "fox" aka kitsune, and Stiles - used-to-be-possessed-by-an-evil-spirit. #VeryEvil

Liam texted a bunch of his freshmen friends before going into the house so they all showed up right when Liam was about to turn. (It's a full moon. Coincidence? I think not!)

Stiles and Malia go into the basement. They have a bonding moment, she learns to use Stiles as her anchor.

Scott and Kira take Liam into the little shed by the water. They have a bonding moment, they slow dance and Kira tries to get Scott to lose control. But he tells her he is "undistractable." Liam turns, breaks out of his chains, and run into the forest.

Allison's dad, Sr Argent save Scott right in the nick of time. "How did you know?" "I got your text." (I'm assuming the tex was from one of the previous episodes and he finally decided to show up.)

Lydia cracks the code and types in "Allison" as the password. A list with a bunch of names and numbers next to them show up on the page. She calls it a 'deadpool.' (I'm assuming they're just bounties or a very real game of assassins)

Previously: They rescued Young Derek from the ruins.

Flashback to when Derek is in the showers trying to turn back to human. He was using his wolf powers during the game to gain an advantage. His uncle comes and tells him to use an amulet to calm himself.

Present day, Kate is fighting with her monster side in a gas station bathroom trying not to turn. She turns around when the station attendant opens the door and she is not a wolf.

Elsewhere the gang arrive home with young Derek and take him to the vet. Stiles makes comments, the doctor sends the kids home. Lydia stays with him.

Derek wakes up and doesn't know who Lydia or the doctor is. He attacks them and runs away to where his house used to be. He finds it completely burned down. The police arrest him for trespassing and run his prints. They keep getting Derek's record.

Scott and Stiles go to the station and lie to him to get him free. Scott goes to Peter to talk about Kate while Stiles take Derek to Scott's house.

Kate turned Derek to an age when he still trusted her so that he will show her to the Hale family vault underneath the high school. The ganng arrive just in time to get ambushed by creatures. Peter finds Kate and Derek in the vault and tells Kate the amulet is actually just an object to focus on. As they are about to fight, someone throws down some smoke bombs and sneaks in to steal something from the locked vault in the corner.

Derek hears Scott's cry for help and goes to save him. After the battle, he turns back to normal and has golden eyes. Peter freaks out about the thing they took, it was "bonds, bearer bonds."

The episode starts off with Stiles, Lydia, Scott, Kira, and Malia in Mexico looking to buy Derek's freedom from the Calaveras gang. (Note: Allison is definitely dead, the actress asked to be written off the show. Completely unrelated, the twins' and Isaac's actors also asked to be written off.)

I honestly don't remember her name

Their plan was to ambush her but in reality, she ambushes them with wolfsbane gas. She puts them all in a cell except for Lydia to test Lydia's banshee abilities. She gets Kira to shock Scott (or Lydia if Kira refuses) into answering the question of who took Derek.  She goes up to the highest voltage and Scott has an epiphany. "Kate!"

Stiles has a new truck? Or it just looks less beat-up

The Gang

They talk about who Kate is. Gist: Allison's aunt. Burned down Derek's family. Peter (Derek's uncle) "killed" her. She didn't kill herself before she changed on the full moon.
Car breaks down. Stiles tells Scott to go. Scott says "not without you" to Stiles. Kira hugs him and tells him to be careful.

New girl: Braeden, a mercenary, is sent to guide them to "the church"

Something about werejaguars.

Stiles: I will never abandon this Jeep. EVER.

Stiles tells Malia to never run off again. She tells him she'll never leave without him.  (Gestures to Lydia and Kira) "Them I would leave." Stiles: "That's progress"

They find a jaguar god after Scott roars and a magic wall moves.

They found Derek
